Yeah me too! Must be a tough call for him sometimes. Glad playing Roli last game paid off for both Roli and the team though. I wouldn't be surprised to see Biron getting the start on Friday, just b/c Roli's #'s vs his old team obviously aren't the greatest. It's awesome though that they seem to get along really well and are both committed to the team and helping them win

BTW, tough break about the net being dislodged on the Boston goal eh? He obviously would've had a SO if it had been disallowed. But knowing him, I'm sure he was just happy about getting the win and the guys playing well for him.

So happy for Roli that he had a great game tonight! Glad he got another start right away and had a good bounce-back game after a rough one. Love your posts as always. It's awesome that he's helped them earn at least a point in all but one of his 12 starts, and that his numbers are good even when he's not his best!

So happy to see that Roli played well in the SO, and obvously did his part throughout the game to give them the chance to win! Sucks they couldn't score one more goal for him, but it's definitely nice to see both fans and the media giving him props for his play tonight.

I agree, it was awesome that he played well but it sounded like a great team effort too. I really liked his PG, where he focused more on the fact that the team played well, than getting the W against his old team (not surprising, since he always puts the team first, but still lol!).

So happy to see that Roli got another win (against the Oil no less!) and that he had another solid game! Really does seem like he's getting a lot more comfortable in there now. Did you get to watch the game?

...to add, hopefully this game was a turning point for him in terms of confidence and feeling more comfortable with his game, and hopefully he'll be able to get into more of a groove soon.

Sucks Roli didn't get to play tonight (or last night for you I guess ) so we could've seen him play eh? ): I was really happy to see that he got his first win last night, and even though the team blew a late lead again, sounds like he was still pretty solid; 35 saves is nothing to sneeze at!

Hey, no problem (for cheering you up!). As I said, you always help me feel better after losses too by putting things in perspective. I know he'll be OK whatever happens, both with next game and in the future.

Ok, maybe bashing comments in two threads...the GDT too I guess. Still better than 2+ threads bashing him alone though.

I was reading a little writeup on the site about Adventureland today, and was so happy to read about Roli (and JT) getting a warm welcome and "commended on their strong play and contributions in last night's home opener". So great to read about that kind of reaction from the fans towards him, even though they didn't get the extra point.

Have you seen the pics of Roli's new mask? What did you think? I see from TC pics that he's got a pretty intense mullet going there.

Is the game against the Oil being televised nationally? Didn't look like it was according to NHL.com. I guess we'll see! There are for sure going to be some on TSN later this year though. Hope he gets a warm reception from the Oil faithful.
