BTW, last week I found out that they're showing live games and replays on nhl.com for only $20 a month! This is the best way for me to see all Roli's game (including the big one of course! ). That's definitely something I'll be looking into when I get home.

Hello from London! Made it here safe and sound; definitely a bit of a hassle in a way mainly b/c a bunch of the tube stations were on strike today, but it was definitely a good way to be resourceful and practice asking people for help. Lots more news and stories to come; hope you're well!

BTW, forgot to say in my PM, thanks for posting the article about Roli's mental calmness (?). Despite his aggressive and feisty on-ice personality, he's always seemed to me like a pretty mellow guy off it, so maybe that helps him off the ice too.

Benny still hasn't come home, after almost a month now, so that's been discouraging. There's a pretty good chance that he's just gone back to his "wild cat" lifestyle, so I'm trying not to worry about him too much; as long as he's safe and happy that's all that matters. I'm probably going to be getting a kitten when I get back from Europe...less than 6 weeks

Hey, did you see Roli's new roster pic on the Isles' main site? Not a great one this year. But he's a good guy and I'm sure he'll have a good season, so that's all that matters! Sounds like everyone is pretty DP-obsessed right now, but hopefully Roli isn't worrying about that too much and is looking forward to the start of the season.

On an unrelated note, what do you think about the whole Bulin/Oil goalie situation?

He said his cat(s)disappeared all the time, sometimes for weeks at a time, and they never worried b/c they knew they'd be back. So as long as he keeps coming back for food and I know I'm doing everything I can to make sure he's taken care of, I'll try not to stress too much.

Thanks for your note! He still hasn't been back yet, but he came back this morning to eat. I still hate not knowing for sure whether it is in fact him, but I'm just trying to have faith and remember he knows his way back. Hey, did you see Roli's "report card" article from Lighthouse Hockey? Pretty good read. I had to smile at the "beloved curmudgeon" title; at least they said beloved! I don't care what anyone else says, he seems like a pretty positive guy to me, but I guess not everyone sees him that way.
