Actually I work in the corporate end of things so I'm busy until June but got a major job finished the last week of April so that takes some pressure off. No plans for trips until the summer adn then just camping. When is your big trip?

I'm not sure about the water thing, but depending on your neighborhood, water might be the easiest thing for him to find when he's out and about. Hopefully it is him returning to eat. I wonder if you can rent/borrow a live trap from someone? I've heard of them being used around here to trap raccoons/skunks that are causing nuisance to populated areas - the animals don't get hurt

We lost another cat to coyotes when we were in NB. At least you know yours is still coming back for food, hopefully you can nab him! Take care!

Sorry to hear about your cat, hopefully you can catch him soon! Growing up I had one who was always going for 2-3 days at a time - he was the stud of the neighborhood! We had him for a long time while he did this but unfortunately he did take his last trip and our neightbors found him banged up pretty badly and we had to put him down. The vet figured he'd been hit by a car. We lost

Hey - yeah I saw the Lighthouse report card, it was a good read like you said, as were the comments. It's a really good blog. Just got back from the States, we were in Maine for a hockey tourney. We lost, badly!!! But everyone had fun.

Hope you had a nice holiday too - we call it Natal Day & celebrate the city's b-day as opposed to the province's. We left for vacation (camping) & just got back today & then to NB for a wedding tomorrow forthe weekend. Hope all is well!

Re Tambi, I never figured on him going to the Oilers b/c Tambi SR said once he would never have Jeff on the team b/c of perceived conflict of interest. Probably a wise decision.

Definitely Roli has to be having a more relaxing summer than the last two!! What I meant by the Oilers taking him off his game is if they do some kind of 'thanks for the memories thing in Edm before the game. I've always had the impression he has a routine he likes to stick with before games, he doesn't seem to do interviews, etc beforehand.

Hey - saw your comment, I'm not surprised about Quinn, I think Renney will be fine. Quinn was a big splash signing like Khabi!! I honestly worried about his health last year, I think it's for the best. That's going to be a tough game to watch in Jan vs Oilers, hope they give Roli a nice reception but not take him off his game if he starts that night!
